I have both an E3 flasher and a progskeet so I have experience with both. With the E3 I can flash nor PS3s and have dual boot with a nor ps3 that's all. With the progskeet I can flash wiis, 360s, nand and nor ps3s and have dual nands. So I guess what I'm saying is the E3 couldn't compare with the old progskeet and the 1.2 is going to be even better.

and which and where NAND PS3 motherboard has suitable points for Quick-Solder-Boards to fit?! that's not like Xbox360 motherboard where there are points even people without any soldering skills to solder Quick-Solder-Boards. does Progskeet team suggest to solder Quick-Solder-Boards directly over the NAND chip - the only possible place i see?! that's ridiculous and huge step backward - i don't understand and demand for more details - otherwise i won't even bother to wait them to release their new product.

A QSB directly on the nand would still be better than wires and wouldn't be a new thing it's been being done on the 360 for years.

that's too risky and hard to be done by not experienced person - i for one won't buy such product and i'm sure i'm not alone in such opinion!! so, it seems Progskeet team are trying to even further narrow down their already narrowed down market by solution like E3, which are easy to use.

It didn't say the clips wouldn't work they just aren't going to be officially supported and progskeet isn't going to lose any of the nand customers to E3 because the E3 can't do nands. Installing an E3 can be a real pain in the bum, clips are crap I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that would say so.

It's hard to believe that this new Progskeet will support dual booting on NAND console, I would probably need to wait and see if someone else confirms this.
The previous Progskeet was claimed to be able to do this, and found out by the live support that it does not even support their own NAND add on board for PS3, and thus dual boot is not supported.
So again it is really is hard for me to believe this, I call it a marketing hype for now until confirmed by someone whom actually used this on their NAND console.
BTW, the launch day Wiis supported dual booting long before Progskeet came into existence, at least unofficially.

but Infectus can do them and if it's about any soldering to the motherboard or the NANDs then i don't see why not to buy currently 2 times cheaper Infectus than the current version of progskeet. so, if progskeet does not improve in features i don't see them as competitive product.

Its difficult to find Infectus anymore you dumb ****. So STFU! People are waiting for so long for an easy solution to downgrade their NAND PS3's. Dont buy it if you dont want. I am going to buy it. I cant just solder Infectus etc on tiny nand points because you need skills and expensive equipment which costs me lots. This is supposed to be a lot of easier.
