is this for rebug too ?
if it is, having multiman 4.10 installed, do i need to install the update only or do i need 4.13 first ?

You have to install 04.14.00 BASE or FULL first.

since i wasn't clear enough, stealthman is still for rogero only, right ?

My guess is it works for both, but differently. As it did in the last release.
