Dex is a Test/Debug console. This is not for retail consoles. DEX = debug, CEX = retail.

Damn, I should of bought one of those "TEST" PS3's when ps3scene.com were selling stolen ones. Oh well ... at least now developers can play some games and take a break from coding (the few that still do for this ungrateful ps3 scene).

what does a DEX ps3 console do anyway? is it for like playing games at testing stages can someone elaborate it for me
