Well, i want give a advice and request to developers of managers.

Can you people make a "Only Play mode" for the Backup Managers?
Many of us have childrens and if the manager start only with the play games botton avaliable it will be very usefull on avoid "childsofHelldeletedgames".

I not know if this is hard to fix but of course a litle combination of buttons turn the manager options full again.

To all of those wondering how to turn the music off, try pressing Start and Square together, this should turn the music off.

I turn the music off almost every time I bring up multiman.
Not sure if it's "start+square" or "select+square". One of those two combination's should work. It became a habit for me real fast, so I don't recall exactly which button combo it is (I just do it without thinking).

I am not at home right now but will d/l the files to my laptop in a bit and see if it is possible to disable the music by way of the ini file.

You should be able to access the help menu and one of the things will show exactly which combo will turn off the music (that's how I originally found the option).

The option for file protection is already built into it.
Along with my last post............
Once I have d'l'ed the files into my laptop, I will try and see if I can find how to turn it on.
It may be something in the ini file that you have to change, but I think it is simply a button combo that you do one time to turn "protection on" and one time to turn "protection off".

I think it may be in the "readme" file. I just don't remember right now.

Will have to wait until I get home to look for the file protection option (I don't find it in the files I just D/Led).
The option for turning off the music is "start+square" according to the navigation.txt file.
Works for me.

I was thinking this was also true in 1.13.04.
However, some of the games I can only get to work with no disc in the drive.
GT5, for example, I can run with no disc. If I try and run it with a disc in..............just gives me a black screen.

Also, on GT5, if I run it in "patch mode" (I think it is R1) I can not play it (same black screen).

I guess it just comes down to playing with the settings until you figure out what works for different games.

AC: BH...........needs the R1 patch and no disc for it to run on mine (haven't tried it yet with a disc in the drive).

I am on Kmeaw with 1.13.04 right now.

Update it if your BR drive is working - Make sure you have ran lv2 then fix permissions on your ps3. When you run lv2, make sure to restart the system after using apps like fix permissions, then go to multiman v1.14.00. If you ever used moddified eboots to use a game before, more than likely, they need to be returned to original. Same with the param.sfo file most likely. I had to redo black ops because the patch/update was integrated into the game folder file along time ago to get it working back then. Now it boots fine and applies online updates just fine. Make sure to delete game data for a game that you fix aswell and then apply game dl'd updates online. One game so far was nail'd that needed a update.pkg before it would work so far (FYI).
