sorry cant post at cause it considers a link and I am novice here >>>(AT)Tranced: Metal Gear HD Collection - Mentalist. That's actually good news that freshing new games are still capable of being patched this means that there is hope when Metal Gear Solid Rising and Last Guardian could be patcheable in the near future after being relesead. Although some people don't like the idea of expending money on dongles but well sometimes it is the best way out instead of expendig a large amount of money in one a single game. I am going to buy True Blue Today!
@BahumatLord, did you install Twisted Metal on your external HDD? If yes, have you noticed that each time we run the game, it takes a few minutes to completely load (I only see the little circle on the bottom left corner spinning).
I wonder if it's because this game has thousands of small files inside it's directory or it may be installing a bogus game data, that might delete itself after we exit the game. Like the Monkey game we tested recently? Your experience with this game?
I haven't tried testing this game on Internal HDD. Plus this game doesn't play discless.
Sorry to those who actually took the time to read and understand the article. My internet at work has been down again and I am only now able to login at home. Firstly to the TB haters. Code or say nothing. Secondly when I refer to a proper TB release I refer to a non special crap disc option. I came into the scene to avoid yet another BD drive failure and prefer my games to run without the game disc. In other words... from the hard drive, internal or external. Thirdly +1 tthousand, krytonic, BahumatLord and mrgreaper

yeah, it's on external and I get the same long load time but it's under a minute on mine but still noticeable. It is because of the large number of small files. It's not installing bogus game data like Monkey Island did because I don't have enough free space internally for it to do that but it looks like it's doing a small cache like the Uncharted series and a couple other games do meaning it will do a noticeable load time at first and cache a little bit at a time while you're playing so you don't have any load times in game. Watch your lights when you first boot it up. I haven't tried internally either. It's hard to say with these games with large number of files. Some work much better internally and some only work externally, so if you transfer it make sure you test the internal copy before deleting the external one in case it won't let you play it. It should work better though but with that many files it will take a long time to copy and if you do you might end up making the caching longer when it goes from internal to internal instead of external to internal. Has anbody updated the game compatibility thread with the stuff we've been finding lately?

edit 2: remember the Uncharted stutter problem and fix? - you might cause that problem on this game if you go internal
