Read again my previous message: "* Progressive JPG images are not supported". Usually Photoshop creates progressive in some cases and it has to be avoided. It doesn't matter if it is a theme image, file manager loaded image or anything else - all use the same routine and it won't work if images don't comply with the specs above.

Thanks deank. I do understand what you said, I just needed to know how to identify a progressive image so I can avoid them. But there is still that question about how come when I was working on this theme, that image looked fine? And then it stop working after this update (or perhaps a previous one). Plus how come other images I've been able to view fine in File Manager aren't working anymore? There still a possibility that something else hot screwed up?

Anyhow, I updated the Twilight Theme to V3 on my multiMAN theme topic (if anyone wants to grab it). I replaced the image that was not showing up in this current version of multiMAN.

This is done automatically by multiMAN. If you got TrueBlue firmware and the dongle inserted, BDEMU.BIN is disabled. So no worries.

I am having trouble launching any Multiman version after 2.09.02, I have tried installing & updating to newer versions with the same results (It loads to the little round head thingy then just sits there). I have tried it on both of my ps3's and they both just sit there? Any Ideas

    Thankyou Very Much

Have you tried deleting multiMAN from the XMB, and then trying to re-install?

after you reinstall, you must select YES to all the questions of the policy (terms of service) that multiMAN first explains before you can launch it. I think if you select NO it may not work after and you get only the smiling face. I've never been able to learn why this happens to some people, perhaps they don't read the terms of service and keep press X without paying attention to this?

    Download compgenie(Of course)
Load it onto a memory stick in the root(of course) directory. Example: X:\ComgenieAwesomeFilemanager355.pkg
    Install Compgenie onto your PS3
    Load Compgenie on the PS3
Press Select to go into Advanced(Red screen) mode - Not needed!
    Now select dev_hdd0/game/
    Press [ ] Delete BLES80608
    Press START to confirm Delete

    REBOOT your system

Turn system back on and follow these steps.

Install multiMAN ver 04.01.04 FULL (20120223).rar (296.27 MB) (showTIME, ps3NETSRV, lastGAME, bdRESET, 1 motion background, 10 themes, 7020 game covers).
    REBOOT your system

    Install BDEMU2.rar - Important
    REBOOT your system

Edit: REBOOTing your system all these times might not be necessary. But, It's not a bad idea.
You can install the bdRESET.pkg and lastGAME2.pkg if you already haven't. lastGAME2 is for 4.00.00 and up. Remove the one on your system if it's not lastGAME2.

You probably downloaded the wrong version, maybe? There's 2 on the site. Use the bottom link.

Edit: You could also be having a Firmware issue. In that case look up on how to reload the firmware.
