Great new for people with 3.56 even if it needs special hardware and will not be so popular due to complexity and limitation ! And why the hell people will reflash to CFW3.56 if they need hardware ? Cause with some special hardware they can also simply downgrade to 3.55 isn't it ??

You get the 3.56 game functionality. I think that is all.

so iam on 3.56 OFW, can i just do it the classic method (usb:/ps3/updat/*.pup) to get 3.56MA-1 ?!!!

NO!!! At least not yet anyways. DemonHades has said their would be a patch for that later on.

For a CFW intended for 3.56, it is strange that you need to be on 3.55 in order to install it, but those are the breaks I suppose.

Does anyone know the status of the full CFW they were working on? I know they said they wouldn't release it in english because of the shit storm that was raised a while back. Do they still stand by that, or has everything settled down yet?

The majority of the world are English speaking (PS3 anyway) and if they dont official support it, I'm sure translators will collaborate to make an unofficial English version.

For a guy who is stuck on 3.56 and has a NOR flasher, propably he would go for 3.55 CFW instead.

June 2012 last I heard (then it'll be to late)
