All working perfect!!

Just look how to install on Europe IV version:

1. first delete ALL game data, old mods, ALL other mods

2. take NEW CLEAN backup copy of official GTA IV disk

3. Do not install ANY mods

4. start your clean backup copy of GTA IV and install usual gamedata, then shutdown the game

5. install this PKG right into installed gamedata of new clean copy of GTA IV.

all should working perfect right now. Do not try to install some another way

Remember: DO NOT TRY TO START NEW GAME = CRASH, use your old saves or download completed save!

And do not install old garage mod manager, don't install 1.06 update, game will crash!

i really love the construction mod. ive built all kinds of crazy jumps. ^_^
