I really didn't consider that an argument, it's not your thread title afterall. I don't think I posted anything childish, so not sure why you felt the need to call me a child.

i have a phat with a fubar laser. any disless options are such a joy for me. i don't want to get all hyped for this as it may not be the cat's meow in its first release (cough wanik wink wink saynomore).
but much props all around.
i don't get why people say this ps3 scene is dead, its more alive than its ever been in the past 4 years.
the real question is when is this cfw going to be released.
I was banned for pointing out some of these aspects..go figure.
Jaicrab is looking for developers to help to complete some functions. Also he and DemonHades hope somebody could build a non commercial site with cobra isos(ps1,ps2). JFW is at 50% and it wil be finished, just be patient.
I'm interested in this firmware, if it does the same things of kmeaw and/or waninkoko and runs ps1 isos could be perfect! I'll wait for its release!
am I right in saying with this cfw does appear it will be for 3.41 only ?
yeah i have to agree with konagrit ,this title is very confusing and misleading the way it is written ,the way it reads would lead any english speaking person to wonder if the two are in fact related topics or not, the cobra "keys" and the development of a new cfw because of the way it is worded it sounds as if there are two separate things like ,oh he is working on a new cfw AND he also might have found the cobra "keys" ,it does not say that he found the cobra "keys" and that he is using them to make a new cfw that would incorporate them in to itnot to mention it is done not once, but twice both here "Developer JaicraB has annouced on his blog a new CFW is in the works. And possible COBRA-USB Keys. The following has been translated with google:"where it seems as if the two subjects were deliberately separated by using" AND "and also in the title "JaicraB's CFW[WIP] and Cobra-USB Keys?"there it is again ,they seem to deliberately separate the two as if they are 2 totally separate and unrelated topics by using the word "AND"and they do it twice in a row why not say that he is working on a new cfw that will be based off of the cobra "keys"or more accurately offsets or whateveror say he has found the cobra "keys" or offsets and is using them to make a new cfw or is going to incorporate them in a new cfw ,?it would be totally reasonable to assume that the two are not related because of the wording ,but also wonder if, or assume that, they are , and then like you said, others may wonder still and make yet another assumption that "oh he is working on a new cfw,so then maybe it is a 3.60 cfw?" oh and wow he also found the cobra keysthey should be more specific and not leave things open to be interpreted 10 different ways,it does cause confusion
No you were not. You were temp-banned for being an insulting, insufferable, jack-ass. You also refused to provide proof to your grandiose claims that everything Cobra offers has been stolen from the "scene" - and I'm still waiting for proof. Show me one single "scene" release that allows PS1*/PS2/DVD ISOs running on the PS3. Show me a "scene" release that allows you to run PS3 games with split-files directly from the external HDD, without caching to internal, via GameOS.

*and no, I'm not talking about that pathetic vaporware emulator that is barely capable of running Crash Bandicoot without crashing.
