now this has 3.41 support to whoever asked.
so, besides 3.41 support, are MM and Iris just gonna trade off new features everytime someone comes out with something? not trying to start a flame war, it's a joke![]()
Not a joke its called progression..
Some features get traded here and there. As multiMAN has taken features and ideas from Iris Manager, and Iris manager has taken ideas from multiMAN.
What it does is make both better applications. Instead of this scene thinking everything is a competition you have to look at the good. of seeing how both can make each other better
that was the joke. deank creates cool feature, next Iris update adds it. Hermes adds a cool feature, next multiMAN update adds it.
just saying, it's nice especially for people who prefer one over the other, you can't really miss out on anything. just waiting for one of them to create something that they want only their manager to have but i doubt that'd happen. they're not those kind of people.
So I guess we have to patch the explore_plugin again, am I right? BTW I love Iris and multiman equally, so I'm glad they are both around! Thanks Estwald and deank!
It would be cool to see what Deank and Estwald could do if they worked on the same backup manager together.
you're pretty much seeing it. deank seems to enjoy a multiple file manager for everything on the ps3 whereas Hermes seems to enjoy the "just do it" approach.
I think with mM's version/update from yesterday the issues should be gone. I didn't test all scenarios, but at least mM should not have issues if launched after Iris. If Estwald adds one pokeq(0x80000000000000E8, 0) when Iris starts (to clear mM's map table) it should also help.
@deank
The problem I describe is still there even in the update.
Same as before:
It seems first time around they dont clash but when you enter them on the 2nd time they do![]()
