4.21 system update was optional now is mandatory update, at least for the time being we don't have PSN access on custom firmware PS3's

It still works in 3.55 kmeaw spoofed to 4.21 + reActPSN. Just create a new user and enter to the PSN store
It still allows navigate the PSN Store and watch some previews movies.

It only does not allow to login to PSN with your account to play games, update trophies or download content.
