This is definitely interesting with the PSX-ISO support and the ability to downgrade back to 3.55 so you can still use your Cobra or TB dongles. How has the support for backup managers come along. If I remember right, they weren't fully supported before

Edit: Also the plugin support is awesome. If we can get it fully integrated and tricked out like it was on the PSP, then the doors are kicked wide open for us

yes, it still a spanish CFW, no support for other languages, but may be this will be fixed in the futur updates !
The game compatibility is the same as CFW 3.55, it was enhanced in this SP v1.3
Many backup managers are now supported, not only Iris manager v3.56, Rogero manager v8.5 is working fine as I've read
You could launch your 3.56 original games without any modification cause this is a custom firmware 3.56.
The Grid system is the plugin manager of this JFW, it will have a very good futur as promise DemonHades team.
PSX iso emulation is now working using Dynarec system wich was released if you want to add it to the news !

It's in beta phase, so some iso psx games could not work but it stilll a good progress !!
Now we're waiting for the free cobra payload as said Jaicrab since one year !! they said they were working on converting the payload into a PS3 plugin working with the grid system, but nothing atm ??!!

About the software downgrade function, & at least i'am wrong, it will work only with LV2 no check patched CFW !! so you couldn't back to kmeaw CFW or Cobra CFW because those CFW doesn't have the LV2 no check patch !!!

About the upgrade function after the MA downgrade, theorically it will work without problems since the sysconn of the PS3 still on the 3.56 version, so any OFW 3.6+ will be installed without any problem after !

A very good progress, but without other languages, at least the english even if it's not my native language, I'll install this JFW DH 3.56 MA the day I'll see the free cobra payload !!!

It sucks it's in Spanish, but how hard really would it be to translate it to English? Changing the language in the firmware shouldn't affect the operation. Might be a nice project for somebody to enter into the monthly contest. They'd get my vote. The plugin support is what's really got my eye. All you have to do is look at the PSP plugin support to see what can be pulled off at some point. Something like CWCheat could be pulled off now

Yes a plugin support will open the door to make real many ideas, like a screenshot plugin, playing games & listening MP3 music in the same time..
they talk one day about the possibility to launch FTP transfert & continue to playing games...etc

But for me, still waiting to the free cobra payload !!!

This CFW is just great it have many features like FSELF Support and i can boot linux without going to the XMB and the sc callgate is good to use some hvcalls.
