Graf_Chokolo is to be prohibited from hacking operating software and hardware relating to the PS3.

He is not allowed to publish or otherwise distribute the results of any previous hacking.

He is not allowed to hack games so that security measures are circumvented.

Any hardware that has been used to hack software or hardware for the PS3 is to be seized and kept in safe custody.

For each breach the defendent will be fined up to €250000 or if he cannot pay, be detained for 6 months.

I don't get it, a restraining order is issued to prevent someone from doing whatever he is doing until the court give a judgement as to whether it is illegal or not. Why has there been two restraining order? Unless he lost his trial the first time he broke the TRO and this is a second suit filled by Sony which come with another TRO? So, if I understand, Graf will accumulate civil case loses and fines, will never have a dime, he'd have to give it to Sony anyway, but will keep hacking as long as he's breathing. He got balls, or is he too young and reckless to value his future.

just copy/paste the second two downloads into paralink.com. It is by far the best translator around, much better than google translate as it actually takes into account word order.

For example:
insb. wenn sich die Handlungen auf die Betriebssystem-Bestandteile LV1 (...) und LV2 (...) beziehen, insb. wie geschehen durch die Erstellung der nachfolgenden Dateien............

With Paralink engine becomes:

graf_chokolo is the savior of the PS3 scene! A true genius will fight for freedom regardless of what the law says. Too bad Anonymous is too busy fighting $ony, else they could focus on safe hacking environments for our beloved devs like graf. If he could get a hideout to operate in that seems like it would REALLY hurt $ony. They hate him SO much for reimplementing OtherOS (a much more capable version). I just reprogrammed my SONY alarm clock to FART the national anthem. Come get me SONY I'm messing with your sh*t. Are they being serious? All he's done is to restore a feature that was taken away, he should be free to do as he likes with the equipment he purchased, and he should be free to share that information with others. With other OS there's no piracy involved as Linux is open source, and only a small handful of PS3 owners will implement his work. None of this affects Sony in anyway, they're just being right CU*TS.

Wow, I can't believe why these people hate Sony so much? If you dont like them then stop using their PS3 and go buy yourself a 360 or Wii. I think they have every right to prevent their console from getting hacked after what they went trough with the psp.
