what do they mean by WoL (remote play function)?does that mean i can play my ps3 on my psp over the internet without having psn access? like with a cfw ps3 and psp,and use the remote play feature not just over a local wifi network but from anywhere?

Off Topic: Why is psgroove/psxscene pictures not loading, like the one under "@gitbrew tweets:". Also noted on the "Supported OtherOS++ Distos by gitbrew" page too. And clicking the "post comment" does not reload the page. And when clicking edit post I get "Quote/End Quote" inserted at the top of my post.
