I think alot of people will have a wrong understanding of what "No Disclosure Agreement" means outside the bussiness world.

In the bussiness world, it means: you get insight into intellectual property of another company, for in return they wish you to keep that under a veil, because profit is involved in it (it is still a company).

In the warrior world, it means: do not expose this vulnerability, and we will help you train more effectively and improve weaponry. Expose it, and you will only give the true enemy another head that is even stronger than you had cut off, like a Cerberus.

It's a nice analogy, just think what would happened if fail0verflow did not give a full 1-2-3 (no 4, because that is random :P) guide for dummies of all fails of Sony, how they should have patched it and fix from the root.
In alternative history, there is no fail0verflow on C3, keysets just appeared without hints on the internet and people are making CFW 4.20 just because they /can/.
