I just mean that i'm pretty sure that Sony monitors these sites regardless. So even if no one tell it to Sony, i think that Sony will find out themself anyway.

No worries, you didnt burst any bubbles
What i ment is, why use the PS3 to buy the game, then transfer the game to the Vita? Why not buy the game directly from the Vita? I understand that this isnt possible when the game is pulled from the PS Store, but when you wrote your earlier post, then the game was available on the US Store. That is why i wondered.
But i see now that you only ment that the game is blocked from the Vita when trying to transfer it from the PS3.

Sure, i know. The game will be added back later on, but then a new firmware is out and the exploit wont work anymore, indeed.

Yes, it is your right, i was just wondering why
But how do you update the firmware on it? I guess that you wont connect to the PS Store to avoid the EULA, but you have to agree to the EULA when you update the firmware.

If you have a second vita memory card then you should always put the exploited game on both of them, I' m not sure about a black list being uploaded but I can say that if you give Sony access to the Vita eg. through the ps3's CMA, they can remove the license file for the game.
