Damn yeah!!! If I get it right, we'll be able to make DEX of any console, not just 3.55!

Usage:
Just get your NAND/NOR dump and drop it in this application.

without per-console-key? is that the new magic, i.e. no need of per-console-key and thus no need of CFW?!

[EDIT] does this mean semi-software downgrade too - i mean:

1. get NAND/NOR dump with hardware flasher
2. get request_idps.txt with this tool based on 1.
3. convert to DEX with ObjectiveSuites and request_idps.txt from 2.
4. go to DEX 3.55 (for consoles that can work with 3.55)
5. go to CEX 3.55

if yes, that means much safer downgrade, because no hardware flashing anymore.
