It's not an easy process unless you're already familiar with PowerPC disassembly. What it means though is that the guys over at CMP forums that do PS3 cheat pkg files will be able to add their codes directly to this program. Here's some more info on the st.dat file that contains the codes. It will give you an idea of what you'd be dealing with

What a user can do is edit the region with a hex editor instead of messing with game files for instance mostly for bles and blus games you just change the blxx and game number and you will now be able to use the cheats I will also be making the list a to z in stead of random

Are you planning on writing up an editor. I've been comparing this versions st.dat to the previous and I see how it's now laid out but it would probably be a pain to hex edit and add codes by hand. The guys at CMP have already been making codes compatible with this device. We just need a way to add them. Sample below - look at bottom of quote
