That's a not a good first comment, or did you create an account just to spout your piss and venom?

I don't even know to whom you are referring, but if somebody wants to offer a service installing these, who cares? I'm sure for some people, it's very much worth it.

Since we found out, that anything can happen, anything can happen...

Today is one of the happiest days in my life!! One of my dreams just came true. I will buy a 4K model right away. I have a CECH 2501-B model, but i always wanted to buy a Super Slim and be able to hack it, and now i can finally do that(soon, i guess).
I think that the 4K model is awesome, and much better than the other ones. But not as pretty as the FAT PS3s, that's for sure.
I have a question, though: Will ODE be as effective as the CFWs, like Rogero or Rebug? Will it be safe on the PSN?
Will i be able to play PSN games?
Still, i think that the Cobra Team has a Wizard as the leader.
Congratulations to them. I wish that ODE won't be too much expensive as i think it will be.

This is what we are waiting for....3.xxx and 4.xxx series now getting out of jail....but soldering onto board may be cumbersome for some audience, specially those who don't even know what soldering actually means...! But, yes, I'm really happy to see this...

CFW vs Super slim = NO NO NO. Why say that? Not now not ever. (unless there is a dev holding out, which wont surprise me.) But that is just speculation so lets move on.

@Hakuoro, If it works as well as the ODEs for the XBox, then it will be fairly safe to go online with it. PSN games will be no problem at all. It should even be able to support PS1 and PS2 games.

Despite this, having CFW will still have advantages. Deank has indicated there is a way to put homebrew on your system by packaging it up into a game ISO, but I think this exploit would be patched out with a black list. On top of that some homebrew depend on syscalls that are only present in CFW.
