apparently the Chinese EBOOT for this game was signed with 3.55 keys

Works great here with MOVE internal HD, I have made it to directors Cut so fare and still going strong

remember to first turn on the move controler when u come to the start screen or else u will get some hickups in game and video , why I don´t know
