Just got the 3.40 sdks not long ago. still figuring everything out, maybe one day![]()
This is a good idea, if you all work together the posibilities are endless, wish I could join but I am not a dev, good luck tough.
Installed all I need to develop homebrews for PS3. Working on itI hope I will be able to make useful homebrews

lol nice. Perhaps a sister group calling all hackers to hack the current fw? :P
I will probably not be joining since I really don't know what this is all about. Plus I don't develop homebrew yet so I don't consider myself a proper PS3 dev lol.

This is just a way to let devs know there is a place where they can not only get feedback, but also control their own forum sub-sections. For instance, we could make a PS3 Boot Logo section, and have threads dedicated to that. And we could get a couple of developers who are interested in it, and work together to run that section with the help of the moderators and admin. It is nothing anyone has to do right away, but it is something we want to always remain open about. Who better to run a scene site then the best devs around?

Well while hope always exists, I think that all the best, competent devs, unfortunately were either made to stop or worse, they are behind Team TB...
Forgive me if I sound somewhat harsh, but most PS3 users want a new CFW to allow them to play the newer games. Not homebrew, dynamic themes, emulators etc.
Most people want what is normal for the Xbox scene. New games without any DRM dongles that you must pay to acquire.
Yes that's, right. TB is DRM from pirates that replaced Sony's DRM. Way to go "scene"!
Dev to me means a lot of different categories. There are Devs who have push themselves so hard(sometimes too hard)to bring something new to games like GTA IV or MK 9. These developments could also lead to something greater through c++ scripting. C++ scripts by JDMalex, Evil B, and ThreeSocks have never been done before on PS3. Three Socks modified a GTA IV eboot for his new Brucie's Mod Gararge(first time ever for GTA IV mods!). I feel truly honored to call myself their friend and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn more. I and the rest of the team ask anyone with knowledge of C++ to contribute, teach, and share here at Psxscene.
P.s. My C++ tutorials continue so be on the look out for my frist script for GTA IV.
