go hang yourself. we finally got someone who is programing sotware to add cosmetic effects to the PS3 dont ruin it. that attitude is why there is no case mods for the phat and no thread for any cosmetic mods on here.

It's really funny becuase i just tested it and notice it keeps a continous beep even when the PS3 is turned off lmao

You don't have to be a

just because you disagree with his statement. He was quite tactful in stating his opinion. I happen to agree with him that these apps are pretty pointless but that's not a reflection on my opinion of the developer. Not all applications have to have serious purpose and I encourage anyone who actively develops for consoles. There's no reason to get offended(and be offensive) simply because someone else feels differently about something than you do. He could have been an ass about how he said it but wasn't.

You put a text file on the root of a USB drive with 2 values in it. Those values indicate what kind of "beep" the PS3 makes when you run the application.
