You can get out of service mode in 3.56+ if you have a flasher. Just make sure to backup the flash before you enter service mode, and then when you want to exit just write that dump.

Just wanted to say to all who have posted. Great job with the comments and it's good to see everyone conversing in such a mature manner. Keep it up guys.

On topic: It would be great if you could run the exploit and be able to flash your console to get out of service mode while keeping the functionality it claims to produce. With all the exploits of recent surely something has to come out of it. I think we do have some developers that are willing to release anon. Lets hope so.

Because you need to run a signed file to exit service mode, and at the moment there is no way to sign it for 3.56+

I guess it is possible that his computer was infected unintentionally and so it copied itself on to the files he uploaded but considering how basic the trojan is, a simple restart getting rid of it's effects I don't see how it would of gotten on to the files without his knowlege.

I'd be very weary of this.
