Sounds like you got the game on internal that has known sound issues, run the game on external with BD-Mirror enabled for best performance. (Twisted Metal)

external bd mirror is pretty much the go to for better compatibility.

is there a list of what games aren't patched yet???

I'm sure all the new ones are on it but i'm wondering if MLB the show 12 was patched yet i can't find any info
also a couple other games

well yes u can play almost 90% of new games ! and it is not that hard changing into DEX but when you gone there is no going back!! (there is but u would brick your console!)

Sorry but that's just plain wrong. I've gone from CEX to DEX, back to CEX - rinse and repeat dozens of times. QA Flag your console and read the top of the first post here

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is already on patch 1.23 so 1.22 doesn`t work.
