Meantime the people download the game, after if there is a mode to start.... 45GB is is a lot of mb...

3D cutscenes aren't really an "anti-piracy measure". You could actually get a working "rip" without them. In which case, the game would more likely have a size around 20~25GB.

Of course, that should never be the case, because that means you didn't buy the game in the first place.
