since its a spoof youd probably be no safer than if u show as being on 3.55. the word is sony can detect ''unauthorized software'' so a 3.56 spoof on their serverside will not disguise this fact.
ps its probs a pkg file since i aint downloaded it but itd be like how u install any pkg app. u have got cfw right? :p
