First off, Zero-X has patched the recently released DMS HDD Explorer 1.2 with 48-bit compatibility for those that still need it.

The second is ps2stuff has updated his HDL-Edit to 0.3a. This new release adds the ability to change the text (menu titles, buttons) in HDL/HDA.

Congrats to both Zero-X and ps2stuff for continuing to advance this area of the PS2 Scene.
