How is the FTP server and Backup manager considered Legal homebrew. One uses Sony's SDK and the other can be used for piracy.

I don't know about this. But it is great to see that the homebrew devs get a platform to contribute their stuff.

Don't you have to use this through the comp anyways? You're downloading a .zip and then on top of that - this isn't in English and it's incredibly ugly.
