I don't have any cheats for that game myself, but I do have some advice that you may find useful.
That failure is possibly because you converted cheats intended for another version of the game. Usually there have been some program updates in game code between different regional releases, especially if the original release had some bugs or lacked some features due to original release deadlines. Such things mostly affect Japanese or US releases, and by the time the game gets a European release, it is frequently a whole different program. (As with FFX and the addition of dark aeons etc.)Ps I have tried converting some codes with omniconvert but when i activate them the game don't start![]()
There can even be significant cheat differencies between different European releases, as there is between UK FFXII and all the other European FFXII versions (like IT, DE, FR, ES, which all use the same cheats).
Anyway, even the slightest change in an early part (address-wise) of the program will shift the locations of all later parts, and the same applies to the addition of some new variable which affects the RAM mapping of all variables later in the RAM address mapping.
So simply converting codes will usually only work if those codes were made for the same version and region of the game as you are using.
There is also a particular problem with some 'Master Code' variants, the ones that the cheat engine relies on for activation of the handling of all other codes. There are different types of such master codes, and some of them are not supported by all cheat engines, but only by a few.
You need to double-check that the cheats you are converting were made for the same version of the game as you are using (as identified by its SLES-xxxxx or SCES-xxxxx product code). And if you can find more than one such set of cheat codes, you should also check if they have different master codes, so you can try another in case the one that came with the best cheats doesn't work for you, due to your specific cheat engine.
Comparison of codes, and sharing of them with others, is best done after translation to the 'raw' code format, which is also accepted as-is by most cheat engines (including Xploder I think).

I dont know if this helps but here is a PAL Day1 File (for CB) by Toto67 for this Game.
So, i've double checked all the codes and they seem to be for the eur pal version of the game.
I submit them so that someone else can try and convert them in xploder v5 version.

@eilfen:
Is there any particular reason why you want to use the native code format of Xploder ?
I've bought Xploder V5 myself, though I very seldom bother to use the crap, but to my recollection it will accept raw codes as-is. So that is the only code type I would use for it, just like it is the only code type I use with other cheat engines. (This is one of many reasons why I will never use ARMax, which won't accept raw codes.)
Using their proprietary format only locks you into their mold, with no advantage to yourself.
If every user insisted on using only raw format, and on sharing codes only in this format, then we would never have these conversion issues.
