Not too sure if u want em for greatest hits version or what. greatest hits version is different from the first one. but if that is the game u need codes for I'll help ya. I'm lazy and been up for a long time so I'm going to do it this way. Your stat codes for this game starts here

00802d44 0000000--Fat 3F800000=min 447A0000=max

The offset between the codes is B90. Add B90 to the codes here and u should get some working stat codes. good luck let me know if they work. Not thinkin too good right now been up for about 2 days so may have made a mistake but pretty sure it's right. Good Luck.

Edit; Just did some looking and it looks like the special edition and greatest hits edition use the same addresses. So maybe that'll help ya. In that case you really don't even need what i showed ya. Just convert codes from the SPECIAL edition link on cmgsccc.
