well if someone could find me the codebreaker codes then I could work on converting them and no the ones from cmgsccc.com don't seem to work for anyone out there atm, I've tried converting them myself several times into several different code formats.
ok found these codes on another site they seem to be converted codes dunno if they work or notas personally I have a codebreaker 7 and action replay max evo so I'm not able to test them out but I thought I'd paste them in here anyways so atleast you guys could find out if they worked or not.

btw those seem to be gameshark2 v3/4 codes according to a few of my friends.
if they work please let me know I'd even consider buying a gameshark if I could find working codes for star ocean 3 lol, yeah that's how bad I want working codes for the game.

Those are CBv8 codes that somebody apparently converted directly to GSv3 by doing a CBv6 -> GSv3 conversion. In other words, they're garbage.
