Katamari Damacy (M) code and regular req.

I tried to use a code converter for a while but got mixed up (none of the codes worked). So I'm now begging

any of you who are in the know to convert the (M) code and a regular code for this game. They are Gameshark version 3 codes that I want converted to version 2. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
