If someone could joker it with a button combo of L1 + L2 is on and R1 + R2 is off, it would be appreciated thanks.

No but I suppose if I looked it up in the PS2dis, hold on...

It just shows up as a nop with a white BG, so I'm guessing they must have made it with an alternate method like using a dumped scus or something.
