i was wondering if anyone could convert this CB v7+ code to the CBv4 for GTA SA?...

It has, since decoded Codebreaker8 (Splinter Cell PT) codes have been posted here in the past. This is mentioned by someone in another thread.

Also, GS2v5 encryption has been cracked aswell, since some of the codes on this page http://www.angelfire.com/rebellion/g...ar_Ocean_3.txt are converted from Xploder codes, which uses the GS2v5 encryption.

FYI, I've "decrypted" the original Star Ocean Xploder codes by FCD.
