did you load the game with the CB V.7+ (M) code with the 1 hit kill codes in hex thats most likely the problem the game is not loading,also i alreadly looked at the pal elf i think the elf is encrypted so theres not much that i can do, but there might be another .elf or .bin file that can be hacked


make a new game and put these codes in
