Codebreaker to AR2 question

How do you go about converting a multi-line (in my case 4) Codebreaker (M) code to an Action Replay 2 (M) code? or... Maybe someone has some info on hacking (M) codes for AR2. or... Maybe someone has already hacked AR2 codes for Burnout 3 NTSC. Any or all of this information would be greatly appreciated.
