I'm using MaxCONVERT.71 and this keeps failing. Here are the codes I need converted to RAW;

I know the master code converts to F011526C 0011526F, but when I convert the others I get the error message "INPUT ERROR: unable to convert 32-bit command in code #1." Can someone please convert these for me? I need them ASAP.
