You're lucky! Congratulations on securing a rather good deal.
The currency here is Philippine peso(P4500=$90 USD),with modbo 4.0 matrix infinty 1.93 includes two controller and 1 cheap clone memory card(the NA is not included). I buy it on a black market with many second hand console(year 2008)..I guess im just lucky because when i buy it, it is the only white console, thats why i choose it..=D
Hmm... yes. Provided that there is a web browser for the PS2 Linux Kit...
So if I install the PS2 Linux there is a possibility that I can use the Network Adaptor for surfing the net?...
Do that. You won't have to worry about anything then (Leave your problems with your dealer).
Im trying to find the receipt of my NA because it have 1 year warranty, maybe they can replace it when I say it is not connecting to the internet or they can test it..If they replace it i will get the SCHP-10281 model.
You should say that your NA's problem is that it can't be detected properly, and can't attempt any network connection of any kind.
It's quite likely that your problem is your NA, and not your console (Usually).
BTW SCPH-10350s should NOT have any difference in compatibility with the SCPH-10281. If your SCPH-10351 has problems, its probably because it's damaged.
Or you could just borrow someone's working NA. Your friend should be able to dump the program (Stored in the EEPROM) from a working EEPROM and flash it into yours.
Anybody have a binary (I don't know how to translate that ;/ - batch, hex batch etc ;/) for this EEPROM chip in NA? (My friend could reprogramming it but he need a binary for it).
