PS2 Network Adapter and Central Station?

Hmm... I have a little problem with that f***ing Network Adapter. I have connected the to my PC, installed my network settings to memory card, an it passes all these 5 checks at "Network Diagnostics", so the five dots are green. But, when i try to contact to Central Station, it only says that "Central Station cannot be contacted. Please check your settings, and try connect again.". I have checked my Settings (Pushed R1 --> Settings --> Network and Then i opened the network save from my mem. card, and it says only "Network Adaptor" under my ISP name (I named the network save with my ISPÂ´s name.) I dunno are all these answers at "Get Connected" part right, cause my ISP isnt at the list and i only pressed X at every question, but i think they are right, cause that setting passes the "Network Diagnostics" test. So, can somebody help me, what should i do now?

is your ps2 chipped with a modchip?

Yes, just tried without the modchip (sleep-mode) but didnt work :/

EDIT:
Oh shit, am i now banned or something, cause first time i tried to connect with modchip? If i am banned, how can i get the bann off, or can i (if im banned)? Maybe something like ID-changer?

I mean, i cant use the Central Station from the original Ethernet Adapter install DVD, so i cant create my nicknames etc.

what is central station? i googled it and it looks like it is something only avaliable to europe.

Well, i live in Europe (in Finland

) but i dont know what is that Central Station, cause i cant get in to it! But i guess its something place where i need to register, cause the manual says that i need my PS2 Serial number etc. etc. to register. But, im trying...
