Online gaming and game modes.

Well, here is my question. Is there ANY way for me to play NTSC games on a PAL console online in europe? Or do I have to have the PAL version of the game?
My second question is, does NTSC games work on PAL consoles just like that or do I have to patch them or something?

No at the moment. Although ps2ownz have made a console id changer that changes your machine id so that it is NTSC - but they wont release it until they get some money...
