I'm just about to get a network adapter for my v9 (fitted with MXL2), but - reading through the threads here - I'm confused as to what exactly DNAS is and what it means for me getting online.

Basically, can I get online with both backups and originals with the chip that I have fitted? Or is it more complicated than this? Can anyone point me to a noob FAQ for this?
