MGS3 Online problems

hey guys, i get online, and the part where it tells you to create an account? yea, it won't let me do that. i put in all my information, and when i say its ok to create, it comes up "error creating account" (750). im trying to look for what the errorcode means, at first i thought it was because my memory card was full, but its empty now and it still doesn't work...any help would be great.

try a different user name, that one may be taken

another problem I run into could be your system time and date is incorrect.
