Is there a way to just plug in a phone cord to the PSTwo and my pc and be able to load the exploit or any other thing without the need of the hard drive?? (PSTwo)

First off, you would need cat5 (network cable) not phone cord. Second, no...there is no exploit on the v12 pstwo's. You can connect them if you can boot burned cd's with a mod chip or fiptop etc. and you have a crossover cable, but there isn't much you are going to be able to do.
