Change SLES_519.67 to SLUS_208.11 (pal to ntsc)

Is it possible to change a pal game into a ntsc game in order to patch with a ntsc dnas i.d. ? I was asked this question on efnet irc and thought, how useful this would be ? but did not know if it were posible.

I know we can change display properties by altering the vmode or yfix with pal to ntsc converters but can we alter the entire game?

So i will ask as put to me . is there a tool that could convert a pal game into an ntsc game and then be patched with an ntsc dnas i.d.?

And if such a tool were created, would it have to change all references of SLES to SLUS ? and where would all of the SlUS or SLES refferences be ?
How would we scan for such ?

I don't think so, because people have been trying to Hack Socom 2 for ages. DNAS on PAL doesn't detect code/cheating devices like NTSC does, so if you could do that then you could probably get online with codes NTSC wise. Chances are it's not going to work.

If u owned a pal console and have all pal games, then purchase a ntsc console, would u purchase all of those originals again or would you like to convert them as well as there abilities to go online when u goto a different region. (different server)

I am new at this don't know too much but i am seeking all helpfull info.

I am attempting a complete conversion in order for the server to believe it is in fact an actual original disk. the trick is making sure the disk is asking and supplying the right info for the local server it will address.

will the real authority please address this subject.
