Any PS2 Online Gamers out THERE!?

Is it worth my time/trouble?

Are there any ps2 gamers out there online?

If so what games are you playing online and where?

Is it worth me getting a headset or will I look like a dick wearing it with no one to talk to!? lol

I'm trying to get online and do the same. I've been looking into using XLinkKai and doing it that way. The games that we will be playing with are the original Socom and with Conflict:Global terror.

Look in my sig for details of games that work online from HDD, which includes the original Socom. I also list the few games that have PC based software to create servers.

http://playstation2.onlineconsoles.com lists the game that still have official servers up.

I would *love* to play socom online but the last time I did it seemed everyone was using action replays to cheat (like unlimited ammo in their clip and stuff like that). I was told that they can't cheat at socom 2... but I dunno. (Wasn't that what dnas was made for? to stop cheaters?)
