WWE Smackdown - Shut Your Mouth –
Im looking for a savefile for this game in NPORT format, specifically a save with the updated rosters, all the movesets and caw parts unlocked, along with the movies. If anyone can help me out with this id appreciate it, thanks.
PS: Is there a way to convert sharkport saves to nport saves?
The beta of Save Slicer 1.3 can convert Sharkport/Xport saves to nPort format, it requires npo-x.exe as well tho
You can download it from www.ps2savetools.com only members can download it though (it's free and details don't get passed onto anyone, it's a way of controlling a beta release and getting feedback)
I could only find Save Slicer 1.2 on that site, and i cant find an option in that to convert files, only extract stuff within a file, and i dont know where to get npo-x.exe, could you tell me whats goin on here?
EDIT: I found out that I have npo-x.exe already, and i read the faq on the site, it says split the save file, but im not sure what you have to do to get it to be a nport save file
Monga when you get that working let me know cause I have an updated roster save with everything unlocked that I can mail you. I have it in x-port & sharkpot formats
After you sign up you can access the beta forum which includes the link to 1.3 beta 2 (which is the version you want), if you still cannot find it I will walk you though doing it manually with 1.2 and npo-x.exe
Ok gothi, thanks alot for all your help, BUT, i hit convert on save slicer, it says it converted it to an npo, but i get 3 files instead of an npo, any help?
hmm, you should end up with an .npo save somewhere. Did you set the location of npo-x.exe in the options?
Ok i got the npo, but its 1k, and when i try to save to my mem card from pukklink it says cannot read data
By the way i made a new index with the tool on your site
EDIT: oh great, another problem, for some reason i cant send files to my comp either, it gives me a cannot send file error, using the cygwin compiled version of pksh to do this stuff btw
Right, I'll start looking at making a new beta that doesn't rely on npo-x.exe as a few people have also had small problems with it
You using the latest versions of pksh and tried inlink at all?
