USB Flash to MemCard

I have a Crystal Chip 2.0 installed on my PS2... and I'm trying to get a guitar hero 2 save from gamefaqs from my USB flash drive to my memory card... is it possible to do this within the bios [memory card manager is confusing...] or is there an ELF app file that I could download, install on my ps2, and then copy it over?

gh2 savegame from gamefaqs need either max drive or codebreaker...

Use PS2 Save Builder to extract the contents of the save you want to a directory (named the same as the Root/ID). Now copy that directory to the usb flash drive and use uLaunchELF on the PS2 to copy the contents across to the memory card.
