toca3 to v8supercars3 save help

hiya folks, I'm requesting help region converting "TOCA RACE DRIVER 3" to "V8 SUPERCARS 3".

basically I have found save files at (gamefaqs) for TOCA 3 that have all the cheat codes unlocked, and wish to convert them to the Australian version - V8 SUPERCARS 3.

I have tried using some of the ps2 save builder/converter tools but still cant get it working

any one with some exp with region save converting/hex editor (waaaay to hard for me) wanna have a crack at it for me?

attached here are zipped:
1-my original v8 supercars 3 RAW save files
2-TOCA 3 euro .xps (xportsave)

basically I need the TOCA 3 save to look exactly like my original, I dont care what save format it's in, but RAW or .cbs would be easiest to load onto my memory card, I can handle that part myself, but as for making it in the first place I'm stumped, everything I've tried so far has failed to load at all
