I know your new to the forums, so heres a little advice:
Stick to one thread for a single problem and dont create a new one asking for the same help or post the same problem in someone elses threds, or you will get 'flamed' about it.
Its easier for us to followup on what help you have recieved or new info about what you have done to reach your goals from a single thread, but posting all over the forums makes it difficult to help you if we keep answering the same questions.
It will take even longer to give you the right direction for your next step to try, if we have to read thru other threads to find out that you have already done that part.

I just posted the same link as above that amp2006 posted and didnt know you had already looked at it, so now here i am reading your next questions.....
uLe = uLaunchELF and this is a program that can load other .ELF files (exe for the PS2) and manage all your files of any device connected to your PS2. Theres much more, but you can check out all its features/options after you get it running on your PS2.
Reading is a necessity for each program (app) you are interested in, so you might want to go check out the PS2 Homebrew/Dev & Emu Scene forum for specific app info.
