I use MilkShape 3D for all my PS2 icons, as it has a special plugin to allow import/export of PS2 format icons. It is limited, but you can edit or create an icon useable in the PS2.

    Plugin for PS2 icons
    PS2 Consoles:
    SCPH-30001 [V4] - unmodded (2)
    SCPH-30001-R [V5] DMS4 Pro SE
    SCPH-50001-N [V9] CC 2.0 SLE
    SCPH-79001 [V16] Silver - unmodded

Ahhh, that's the one I was looking for JNABK... I had it installed on my old desktop system and when I installed a new version of windows I wiped it out..

And forgot what it was called, thanks bro, save the day again....

I remember now you talking about it over on sksapps, and that's where i think you had posted it before, I can't remember though.

I had used it to make a few custom Res Evil 4 icons.

It was pretty simple to work with, kinda like Microsoft paint..

It works fine for me on .ico and .icn formats, are you sure you chose the correct import/export option?

Oh, you might need to just change the .ico to .icn to import it.
